Many people in here get upset when they are refered to as Backyard Breeders or Puppy Mills because of their breeding practices.

This is the mess that one BYB left here in Florida. She was selling her puppies to pet stores and on the internet. Rescue is now over flowing with these poor, unhealthy, non-socialized creatures.

When you go to the pet store and see those cute little puppies, think of this story and realize where they came from!!!

So, when people get rough on you in here for asking about your dog’s period, or when to mate your puggle, or how much to sell your yorkalabradoodles for, can you understand that it is us, the reputable breeders, who has to clean up after you?

Does anyone else feel this way too?
Most reputable breeder work along side with rescue to take in these dogs. We feed, care for, and socialize them, then we help find them new forever homes.

Many people who breed never think of what happens if the pups they produce can no longer be cared for. They aren’t willing to take their puppies back or take in other rescues looking for homes.

I was not trying to act better than others, I just wanted to open up the eyes of the breeders who haven’t done any research.

I have a 3 month old puggle. I give him baths when he needs them and keep him very clean… my problem is that Murphy (thats his name) always has tear stains… I wipe them away with a damp wash cloth but the stains are still there.. any suggestions on how to get them to go away?

Sadie, is beating on my new wittle puggle, Angle. Angle is about 16 weeks old and Sadie is 1.5 years old. Sadie likes Angle a lot, but she plays to rough with her. Sadie will bite her ear and tug untill Angle really starts wiggling and crying, Sadie will growl loudly at her during play and Angle gets scared, and Angle will be tormenting the cats and Sadie will tackle her hardly. Sadie is NOT an agresive dog. She never acted this way. Angle isn’t buggie her too much ethier. I had Angle for 7 weeks and it’s been the same ever sceine. PLEASE help!

My puggle ate about half of a plastic chew toy while I was at work last week. I took the toy away, and didn’t really worry about it because I didn’t think he swallowed it. Every couple of days since then, about 4 times, he has thrown up or pooped out some of the plastic. Is this okay or should he have a visit to the vet?
There is no blood. He is still eating and drinking fine. The vomiting is just a little and only once every couple days.

Also, I have heard both sides of get them fixed before they go into heat, and some say wait till after the first time ? Which is better ? I am hoping it will calm her down some ? Thanks ! miniature yorky, bichpoo,beaglier,cairnoodle,cavapoo,jack russell terrier,lhasapoo,malshi,maltipoo,morkie/yorktese,norfolk terrier,pekepoo,puggle,schnoodle,shihpoo,westiepoo, and yorkipoo

If you have ever owned one of these dogs or know anything about any of these breeds can you tell me. I’m looking for a small dog that can be kept indoors…like a house or apartment. I need a dog that can be trained easily also. And what prices do any of these breeds cost[ give me a range or what you paid for it] Where can I find dog breeds like these? Where should I look?
